Posture is not static and is in continual action so Moshe Feldenkrais coined the phrase “Acture”. I like this meaning and will use it here as we are not statues.

You will learn 1 or 2 movement lessons (series of exercises) to assist with changing the neuro connections that continue to cause pain and strain in your body. These lessons are designed that you can do them anywhere, anytime.

The movements are done slow to wake up the brain, with awareness, subtle to let your brain pay attention and turn on your learning switch. There are many variations for new wiring in your brain.
