Healthy Neck and Shoulders Workshop
Neck and shoulder pain is the 2nd most common pain in the body next to back pain. Repetitive motion injury is common amongst computer users, musicians, athletes and others.
You will learn 1 or 2 movement lessons (series of exercises) to assist with changing the neuro connections that continue to cause pain and strain in your body. These lessons are designed that you can do them anywhere, anytime.
The movements are done slow to wake up the brain, with awareness, subtle to let your brain pay attention and turn on your learning switch. There are many variations for new wiring in your brain.
