PELVIC POWER AND LOW BACK Workshop

Back pain is THE most common pain in the body. Pain is felt not only in the back but also down the legs, knees and feet, around the hips and up into the shoulders. In today’s world it has the power to affect everyone at some point in their life.

You will learn 1 or 2 movement lessons (series of exercises) to assist with changing the neuro connections that continue to cause pain and strain in your body. These lessons are designed that you can do them anywhere, anytime.

The movements are done slow to wake up the brain, with awareness, subtle to let your brain pay attention and turn on your learning switch. There are many variations for new wiring in your brain.
