Happy Hot Chocolate
(Borrowed from The Food Matters Recipe Book)
This hot chocolate is high in muscle-relaxing magnesium …perfect for the holidays!
2/3 of a mug of hot water (straight out of the kettle)
1/3 of a mug of the milk of your choice
1 generous tablespoon raw cacao powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Raw honey, coconut sugar or natural stevia to taste
Spoon the cacao and cinnamon into your mug.
Pour in boiling water until 2/3 full. Stir to combine.
Fill the remainder of your mug with milk of choice and sweeten to taste.
